  • DermaplanePro sells only to licensed aestheticians, cosmetologists, and medical professionals.  If you are a consumer, please visit our Find A Professional Now page for a location in your area.  

    By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions you are affirming that you are a licensed professional practicing within your scope of practice, and hold DermaplanePro harmless for any incidents involving the use of our tools and supplies.

  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Shipping Policy

    DermaplanePro makes every effort to process and ship orders within 24 business hours. There may be occasions when it takes up to 72 hours for orders to ship.   Videos are nonrefundable!

    We provide advanced notice of office closures on the Home page of our website www.dermaplanepro.com to keep customers informed. Our office is closed on major Holidays. We cannot ship on Federal Holidays due to USPS closure.

    We do provide free shipping on orders over $200.00 that are shipped USPS Priority Mail in the United States only!

    Orders shipped overseas or by any other means other than USPS will be subject to shipping charges.

    Upon shipment, all customers are sent an e-mail from the US Postal Service (or appropriate shipping company) titled: USPS Tracking (FedEx Tracking or UPS Tracking). This contains a live link to track the package. These E-mails may be in SPAM or Junk folders. We are NOT responsible if the wrong e-mail address is provided or the e-mail was not delivered to the Inbox due to SPAM filters. 

    Once shipped, packages could take up to 10 business days to arrive. These additional delays are primarily due to customs (International orders), inclement weather and during the Holiday Season. We are NOT responsible for these delays, as they are beyond our control.

    Overnight or Second Day Air packages are NOT guaranteed by DermaplanePro. We can offer this service via USPS, UPS or FedEx but we are not responsible if the package does not arrive in a timely manner. 

    Once a package is marked "delivered", DermaplanePro is no longer responsible for replacing or filing a claim on the package.  

    If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided to DermaplanePro, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees for (1) re-directing the package through the shipping company (USPS, UPS or FedEx), and/or (2) if the package is returned to DermaplanePro and needs to be re-shipped. We are NOT responsible if a package is returned UNDELIVERABLE - the customer is responsible for additional shipping cost to reship the order.

    Please note: All orders paid using PayPal default to the address on file in customer’s PayPal account. There is notice on the Home page of our website alerting customers to update their address with PayPal prior to placing an order. We are NOT responsible for additional shipping or time delays caused by the customer’s failure to update their information with PayPal.

    If you have questions, please call for assistance 775-507-4466, Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time).  

    We understand that delays can be frustrating and we will do everything we can to help resolve issues as fast as possible. When calling with an issue, please be professional and courteous and have the following information available when calling: Order Number, Order Date, Name of Person or Company on the Order.  No refunds, returns or exchanges after 60 days of placing order.

  • International
  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Receipt of International orders takes longer due to delays in Customs. DermaplanePro, Inc. is not responsible for orders delayed due to inclement weather, Holidays, or Customs.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. DermaplanePro, Inc. is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

    Orders shipped outside of the United States will be Shipped Fed Ex or UPS International Priority and wil be subject to full shipping charges.  The $200.00 free shipping does not apply to international orders.  

    Receipient is responsible for all duty/customs/taxes/import  fees charged by their respective countries.

  • Return Policy
  • Our goal is to provide our clients with excellent customer service and products.

    In the event that a product is received damaged, DermaplanePro will replace the product at no charge. We may request the damaged product be returned to us and will provide shipping both ways. 

    Download products, books, and videos, are non-refundable. 

    Certification Class purchases are nonrefundable.  Your Training Confirmation letter includes downloads for the Manual, and Demonstration Videos. There is no expiration date on classes. 

    Once you have completed a certification class you may receive additional support as needed at no extra cost but there are no refunds.

    We work with a variety of manufacturers and while we all do our best to provide only the finest, medical grade and quality products, there are occasions where products do not meet our standards. If you feel you have received a below standard product, please contact us immediately so we may remedy the situation as soon as possible. Options for remedy include returning product for refund, replacement of product, and/or training on use of product.
